Working out with friends is FUN! Group fitness facilitates comradery, community and accountability. These classes focus not only on building full body strength AND cardiovascular health, but also on the fundamentals of breathing, pelvic floor, and core coordination.

Full Body Strength & Conditioning Classes at FLAGSHIP:

These hour-long classes include blocks of strength and conditioning exercises followed by down regulation mobility.
Although these classes are challenging, all fitness levels are welcome, and movements/reps/sets can be scaled to fit your needs! ​
