I have spent the last 10+ years working exclusively with women at different stages of motherhood (trying to conceive, pregnant, and postpartum). I am well versed on the anatomical and physiological changes that occur during this transformative time and have worked with hundreds of women, all with unique experiences. Whether you are pregnant and have questions around exercising during this transformative time in your life or are a new mom looking for a safe route back into a fitness routine I can help!

​My prenatal & postpartum programs prioritize alignment, breathing mechanics, pelvic floor and abdominal exercises as well as form and strength in functional movement patterns. I create individualized programs that can meet women where they are - whether you haven't had a regular fitness routine in sometime or are used to intense daily WOD. ​
